It's love if;

You have great chemistry:
You get lost in your conversations, and the hours pass like minutes. You’re more than willing to listen to her when she talks about her day. The chemistry between you is remarkable.

You find her beautiful:
Even if you catch her with no makeup on and her hair pulled back while she’s unclogging a toilet, she still looks beautiful to you.

You want to spend time with her:
All you want to do is to be with her, whether you’re having sex or not. Even if she tells you that sex will have to wait, you don’t care.

You see a future together:
You experience the strange feeling that your life would be totally empty without her. You tell your friends and family that she may be The One, and you’re even thinking about marrying her.

You introduce her to your family:
It becomes very important to you that your parents like her, and that she gets along with everyone close to you.

You include her in all your plans:
Whether you’re going out with your male friends or taking your dog for a walk, you want her there with you. And if she’s not there, you can’t get her off your mind and sneak off to give her a quick “I miss you” phone call. Of course, you don’t tell your buddies.

You are more romantic:
All of a sudden you find yourself listening to cheesy romantic songs and thinking of her.

You always take her side:
If someone says anything even slightly disparaging about her, you immediately rise to her defense. Furthermore, in social gatherings, you always agree with her even if you disagree behind closed doors.

She makes you want to be a better man:
She challenges and motivates you. She makes you happy, and you’d do anything to make her happy.

Truly loving someone means that you care deeply about another person.

You care if they screw up their lives as you want them to learn to love themselves. Love doesn’t mean life is going to be perfect, it shouldn’t be taken lightly, and the word shouldn’t be misused, if it is used in a romantic way. There will be arguments and misunderstandings, but love will mean that you will try and get over any hurdles and issues together. True love isn’t selfish and can bring people together in a way nothing else can, it is a soul connection, a commitment of the heart. Life can tear people apart but love may bring them back together again. Love should never be taken for granted, although often it is. Love is more balanced than the highs and lows that passion and frustration bring. Love will conquer all, but only if work and effort from both sides is implemented in order to not destroy love. Love can be slowly destroyed piece by piece by violence, abuse, neglect, dishonor, and disrespect. So always make sure you honor true love. Understand that it is not perfect, then you won’t feel let down by love. Each time you fall, love should be there to pick you up again, but sometimes it takes effort to remember not to misuse love by taking it for granted. Love doesn’t happen as often as people think, but if you have lost love, you will find it again one day, NEVER LOSE HOPE! :)

You broke up? You can’t live without him/her?

One thing I can reassure you is… yes, you will be able to live without him/her. You will get over it. Believe me. I know it doesn’t feel like it now, but in time, things can be better. In fact, you will probably fall in love a few more times in your life and I’ve got good news and bad news. The next time you fall in love, you will fall even HARDER. So make sure it is someone who deserves your love. Think of it this way, you have at least one more boy/girl to fall in love with in your life. Someone who will love you back, and return all the feelings that you have. Let yourself love another person who loves you back, I promise you it’s great, and he/she is even more wonderful than this boy/girl who broke your heart.

Dear Future Husband,

Even when we’re 50+ I still wanna walk around in public holding your hand and give you kisses on the cheek, we’ll go on walks in the park, rides on the bus, picnics on the beach and visits to see our grandchildren. That, to me, will be the greatest achievement of all, just being so in love with you after all of that time. One day we will sit on our rocking chairs in a bungalow beside the beach, just watching the sunset on the horizon of the waves, content, no regrets. You’ll tell me that you love me and my heart will leap as I tell you that I love you in return.

Then, if you die before me, I can’t promise that I won’t go insane but I can promise that I will love you until my final day, my final minute, my final second. My last thought I ever think will be of you, of how we raised our children, of how we fell in love, of how we stayed by each other’s side all of this time. How we prevailed through the damn hard times, laughed through the good ones and cried through the sad ones. Things probably won’t turn out the way we planned but that will have suited us fine because we had each other. And I will know that I would never have exchanged anything in the world for the life I lived next to you.

How contradicting.

I’m the type of girl that hates, but doesn’t really mean it. I’m the type of girl to dance along to anything, just not always in front of people. I’m the type of girl that listens and actually tries to solve your problems, instead of my own. I’m the type of girl who makes it hard for guys to read, only to make them come back for more. I’m the type of girl to confuse people, making it hard for them to understand me. I’m the type of girl who thinks people need to use some common sense, even though I don’t most of the time. I’m the type of girl that knows what a guy is thinking, it all becomes a love game then. I’m the type of girl to think she is better off without him, but my heart doesn’t feel that way. I’m the type of girl that is happy with her life, just not everything that’s in it. I’m the type of girl who can make peace, just not inside myself. I’m the type of girl that cries more than the average person should. I’m the type of girl to care, but doesn’t let anybody see it. I’m the type of girl that you’ll never really find.

Once I fall in love,

I stay that way, I stay committed and I won’t lose feelings. I’ll keep my word, I will never let you down once I tell you I love you . Yeah,  there will be times I will disappoint you, I will be too clingy and jealous but which girl isn’t? But fact is, if you know you’ll lose feelings for me and you won’t be fully committed, don’t get my heart going and believing your lies. Also don’t come back into my life expecting for me to give you another chance. Once I fall in love, I stay that way. But once you fuck me over, Ill fuck you over.

Show me you care…

You don’t have to send me roses or get me expensive gifts, I’m really not that kind of girl. I’ll be just as happy with a good morning text to wake up to, a goodnight text to fall asleep to or cute wall posts on Facebook. All those will put the biggest smile on my face and will make me think “Aww, he’s thinking about me just as much as I’m thinking about him.” Even little random texts just saying how much you love me and miss me so much, or you wanna see me are always good. Just show me you care. If you know something’s wrong, ask me. Try to cheer me up. If I have a problem, LISTEN carefully and if it’s okay, HUG me. Remember little things about me. Don’t be afraid to show me you care and open up to me, even if it “makes you look like less of a man.” Honestly to girls, if a guy can be all sweet and open up about his feelings toward us, its gonna make you look like MORE of a man.
